Our suites are variably priced, which means as demand increases (and inventory decreases) prices goes up. Therefore, it is advised to reserve a suite well in advance of the event date. In addition, when coordinating events for larger groups it is necessary to give guests longer lead time to plan ahead.
All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only. After your purchase, you will be assigned a Trail Blazers online account and provided instructions on how to access and download your tickets. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure access into Moda Center. Tickets will be loaded onto your Account no later than 2 business days after purchase.
Yes. Once your suite is reserved, a Trail Blazers representative will follow up with you. Please let them know at that time and we will make sure the suite is set up for your needs.

Should an event be postponed; your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event. If the new date no longer works, you will be eligible for account credit.
If the event is cancelled, a refund will be issued to the purchaser.
All single-event suite rentals include an inclusive catering package which includes one of the “Suite Entrée Packages” listed on the Preorder Menu.
Additional catering is available to purchase at an added cost in advance of your event. Following your suite purchase, a Trail Blazers representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with further catering instructions.
Any catering preorders will be due 3 business days prior to an event.
No, in-suite catering is not required to purchase and there are no catering minimums. That said, Suite Level bars will be closed for the remainder of this season due to health and safety mandates so food & beverage can only be purchased from the Pre-Order or Day of Event Menus.
After reserving your suite, you will receive a full catering menu, with pricing. Packages are set based on the number of people in the suites. Spend is based on type of food (snacks vs. full meals) and number of people.
On average, groups that purchase in-suite catering will spend $100 per person in their group for a spread of food and drink (alcohol included). There is no catering minimum and catering is not required.
Due to current NBA health and safety mandates current capacity limits in Executive Suites are set to 6 ticketed guests. Therefore SROs will not be available for the 2020-21 season.
Typically, however, SROs are permitted and depend on your suite-type choice.
Guest passes are not available for suite rental clients. If you would like to host additional guests, we recommend purchasing Standing Room Only tickets, up to the maximum allowed for your suite type.
Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission into Moda Center. Suites can provide a welcomed private and secure space for families attending a game with younger children.

Yes. Your suite ticket provides access to the Umpqua Bank Suite Level and Premium 365 Club Level, in addition to the 100-, 200- and 300-levels. It does not provide access to Courtside/Event Level.
Your suite will include parking passes in the Garden Garage, attached to the Moda Center. You will be provided with additional details on where and how to park once you reserve your suite online.
The exclusive suite level entrance is located in the lobby of P5 of the Garden Garage.
All suites on the Umpqua Bank Suite level open 1.5 hours prior to tip off for Blazers games.
Yes. Each suite is serviced by a dedicated suite attendant. In-game food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. A Gameday Suite Menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The Gameday Menu is slightly more limited than the Pre-Event Catering Menu, however, you’ll still find stadium favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft-drinks, beer, wine, liquor). In-suite catering items are served in group-portions, not individually.
There is no specific dress code on the Suite Level, or anywhere in Moda Center.
Gratuity is customary, but certainly up to your discretion.

The biggest change is that we are limiting the capacity of suites. Typically Executive Suites can hold up to 22 guests. At this time, we will limit access to just 6 ticketed guests from one household or guests adhering to social distancing guidelines.
Additionally, food & beverage menus have been adjusted to individual servings and prepackaged items.
Lastly, we will not be opening our Party Suite or Legacy Suite for the remainder of the 2020-21 season.
