What is BlazersSuites.com?

BlazersSuites.com is the official Premium Suites website of the Portland Trail Blazers. BlazersSuites.com is designed specifically for single event Trail Blazers suite sales. At this time Rose Quarter event rentals are not available for purchase through the website.

This website is operated by the Portland Trail Blazers and powered by SuitePro.

Am I buying directly from the team/venue?

Yes. The suites posted for sale on this website are directly from the Portland Trail Blazers.

How is my information protected?

Your personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information are protected using industry-standard data encryption and security measures. If you provide payment information to purchase a suite, your payment information will be handled in accordance with PCI DSS, the information security standard for protecting credit card data. Shopping for a Suite

How do I reserve a Trail Blazers suite?

To purchase a Trail Blazers Suite Rental at Moda Center, click on the Trail Blazers game you wish to attend via the "RESERVE NOW" page to see available suite options. A suite can be purchased directly from the website by entering your credit card details or by contacting the Portland Trail Blazers Premium Seating Department at 844.MODA.365 or [email protected].

Does it pay to wait to book a suite until closer to the event?

Our suites are variably priced, which means as demand increases (and inventory decreases) prices goes up. Therefore, it is advised to reserve a suite well in advance of the event date. In addition, when coordinating events for larger groups it is necessary to give guests longer lead time to plan ahead.

When do I get my tickets after booking a suite?

All suite tickets and parking passes will be mobile-only. After your purchase, you will be assigned a Trail Blazers online account and provided instructions on how to access and download your tickets. Tickets cannot be printed and must be presented on your mobile phone. It is recommended that you electronically transfer tickets directly to your suite guests to ensure access into Moda Center. Tickets will be loaded onto your Account no later than 2 business days after purchase.

Are suites ADA accessible?

Yes. Once your suite is reserved, a Trail Blazers representative will follow up with you. Please let them know at that time and we will make sure the suite is set up for your needs.

Payment

What forms of payment are accepted?

Acceptable forms of payment include:

  • All major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover
  • Mobile Payment (Apple Pay)

Suites can also be purchased via ACH transfer or overnight check after speaking with a representative.

Is payment required in full?

Payment in full is required upon booking in order to secure a suite.

Are there any additional fees?

No. The price you see is the price you pay. There are no hidden fees.

Please note: Should you choose additional catering, there would be additional associated expenses.

Refund Policy

Can I cancel my suite reservation?

Per our sales terms and conditions, all suite sales are final.

What if my event is postponed/rescheduled?

Should an event be postponed; your suite tickets will be valid for the rescheduled event. If the new date no longer works, you will be eligible for account credit.

What if my event is cancelled?

If the event is cancelled, a refund will be issued to the purchaser.

Planning Your Suite Experience

How and when do I order catering?

All single-event suite rentals include an inclusive catering package which includes one of the “Suite Entrée Packages” listed on the Preorder Menu.

Additional catering is available to purchase at an added cost in advance of your event. Following your suite purchase, a Trail Blazers representative will be in touch via email or phone to provide you with further catering instructions.

Guests can forego a catering preorder in lieu of gameday (in-suite) ordering. Please note: the Gameday Suite Menu is more limited than the Preorder Menu.

Any catering preorders will be due 3 business days prior to an event.

Am I required to purchase catering?

No, in-suite catering is not required to purchase and there are no catering minimums. That said, Suite Level bars will be closed for the remainder of this season due to health and safety mandates so food & beverage can only be purchased from the Pre-Order or Day of Event Menus.

How much does catering typically cost?

After reserving your suite, you will receive a full catering menu, with pricing. Packages are set based on the number of people in the suites. Spend is based on type of food (snacks vs. full meals) and number of people.

On average, groups that purchase in-suite catering will spend $100 per person in their group for a spread of food and drink (alcohol included). There is no catering minimum and catering is not required.

Can I purchase additional tickets (also known as Standing Room Only tickets, or SRO’s) for my suite?

Due to current NBA health and safety mandates current capacity limits in Executive Suites are set to 6 ticketed guests. Therefore SROs will not be available for the 2020-21 season.

Typically, however, SROs are permitted and depend on your suite-type choice.

  • Executive Suite – 6 SROs
  • Legacy Suite – 20 SROs
  • POA Party Suite - 30 SROs

Can I get guest passes for my suite if I have a friend on another level?

Guest passes are not available for suite rental clients. If you would like to host additional guests, we recommend purchasing Standing Room Only tickets, up to the maximum allowed for your suite type.

What is the child ticket policy for suites?

Children 2 years of age and under will not require a separate ticket for admission into Moda Center. Suites can provide a welcomed private and secure space for families attending a game with younger children.

What am I permitted to bring into the suite (and Moda Center)?

Does my Suite Ticket give me access to other areas within Moda Center?

Yes. Your suite ticket provides access to the Umpqua Bank Suite Level and Premium 365 Club Level, in addition to the 100-, 200- and 300-levels. It does not provide access to Courtside/Event Level.

Gameday Questions

Where do I park?

Your suite will include parking passes in the Garden Garage, attached to the Moda Center. You will be provided with additional details on where and how to park once you reserve your suite online.

Where do I enter the arena?

The exclusive suite level entrance is located in the lobby of P5 of the Garden Garage.

When does my suite open?

All suites on the Umpqua Bank Suite level open 1.5 hours prior to tip off for Blazers games.

Can I order food & beverage from my suite during the game?

Yes. Each suite is serviced by a dedicated suite attendant. In-game food and drink orders can be placed via the attendant. A Gameday Suite Menu will be in the suite upon arrival. The Gameday Menu is slightly more limited than the Pre-Event Catering Menu, however, you’ll still find stadium favorites and plenty of beverages available (water, soft-drinks, beer, wine, liquor). In-suite catering items are served in group-portions, not individually.

What should people wear?

There is no specific dress code on the Suite Level, or anywhere in Moda Center.

Do I tip our suite attendant?

Gratuity is customary, but certainly up to your discretion.

Health and Safety Questions

What has Moda Center done to improve health and safety for fans as it relates to COVID-19?

The health and safety of our fans, staff and players is our top priority. Please visit https://www.rosequarter.com/welcome-back to view all of the enhancements we’ve made to the arena.

How has the suite experience changed due to the COVID-19 pandemic?

The biggest change is that we are limiting the capacity of suites. Typically Executive Suites can hold up to 22 guests. At this time, we will limit access to just 6 ticketed guests from one household or guests adhering to social distancing guidelines.

Additionally, food & beverage menus have been adjusted to individual servings and prepackaged items.

Lastly, we will not be opening our Party Suite or Legacy Suite for the remainder of the 2020-21 season.

All suite tickets will be loaded onto client accounts within 2 business days from purchase. If you still haven’t received your tickets after 2 business days, please contact us directly at 844.MODA.365 or at [email protected].

If I have any questions or needs during the game, who do I contact?

The Premium 365 Concierge Desk, located inside the Suite Level Entrance, is staffed throughout the duration of the event. Team members are always happy to assist. Additionally, you can always call your dedicated Suite Attendant for food & beverage needs.
